Very long interview process, but at the same time very efficient and very thorough. Really enjoyed it. Enterprise recruitment team prepare their candidates thoroughly before they send them for interviews with area managers. Really unusual, but really positive approach.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!

Describe your experience with explaining to a customer how they can benefit from any additional services
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.

More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
