The interview process was fairly simple. They started by asking about what I have been doing and my previous experience. Then just simple questions about previous experiences dealing with customers. They said there would be lots of hours required and it can be hard work.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
