The online application was easy and didn’t take too long. I got an email on the day with an interview day and time. I had to reply back saying if I could attend or not as well as providing proof of ID as well as my university results. The interview was online.
I personally thought the interview went well but I think the area that let me down was my lack of experience in sales. If you don’t have experience working in sales or customer service then I don’t recommend you apply for this role. The company doesn’t want to train someone on how to be good at customer service and a good sales rep, they want someone who already knows how to do it and are good at it.
From the interview I found out that it’s a 45 hour working week and you would have to work every other Saturday. The salary is £25,600. The salary would’ve been good if it was a 37.5-40 hour working week but when you consider the fact that it is a 45 hour working week, the hourly wage is not that great (under £11 an hour) when compared to other graduate schemes.
