1. Interview with recruiter or someone from the TA team. 2. Branch observation and interview with branch manager and avp- gives you an idea of what type of environment you will be working in (love that they do this) 3. If you make it past the branch interview you will be invited to interview with the RVP- typically the final round.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.

Received a phone call from them about a phone screening and then next steps. The phone call was horrible. Persons attitude was horrible. Was completely put off by the whole process
