Laid back. 3 interviews. Meet with the talent acquisition manager, followed by the area manager, then the final interview will be with the branch manager. Ask about your personality. They ask you scenario questions such as sale them on something.

You will need to know your numbers. Aside from that it was a pretty easy, generic assistant manager interview. Make sure to humble brag and you will be fine. Not hard at all.
