Entretien
Called to see if they were hiring, was given an appointment over the phone to meet with a manager. Was give initial interview with manager and then scheduled a second interview with airport manager. Interviews were fairly informal and took place in the manager's office on site. Was hired on the spot, sent to HR for paperwork and told to report to work next day. When I arrived to work, I was given uniform and told to go home and come back at midnight.

Multiple conflicting messages from automated application system. Had an interview and was promised a call from local management. Never called. Three weeks later I got another request to interview with them for the same position in the same location.

fast, detailed very easy just be yourself excited but also very nervous for those one-on-one interview rounds. The mixed feelings can be overwhelming it was a turning point experience! It has changed the way I look at interviews.
