Recruiter called, asked me questions about my application, scheduled one on one interview. First impression of corporate culture: younger workers, kind of arrogant. Asked typical behavioral questions, leadership questions, wanted someone who had experience in sales. Just remember to be enthusiastic, because you'll be dealing with a lot of customers.
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

Entretien
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Why you want to work there, Why they should hire you, How you handle pressure/conflict, etc.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.
