Lengthy, a lot of questions and scenarios given. There’s three steps, I had 2 out of the three interviews the first one is on zoom, 2nd in office and the third I wasn’t offered although the interview went great.

Good interview the lady was very nice and asked some basic questions first and once we connected and talked more she began testing my mind a little bit more. overall a great experience.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.

2nd interview is with Branch Manager and Area Manager - mostly assessing fit and experience
3rd interview is with senior leadership who assess long term fit and commitment.
