After you apply, if selected you will be contacted for an interview. However be aware that this is 1 of 3 interviews you will need to pass. The first is fairly simple and is more of an intro into the company. The second is a walk through of a branch near you, followed by an interview with the area manager and manager of the branch. Finally there is one more interview with a headquarters near you.
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!

More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
