J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility (Cincinnati, OH) en févr. 2008
Entretien
Multi-step process: phone interview, recruiter interview, store management interview, job shadow. The interviews were pretty standard fare. Questions about sales situations, dealing with adverse customers, desire to move up. If you want the job, you must be very excited about sales and becoming a manager. They do not want people that want to move into marketing, admin, etc.

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

The interview was lasting 3 minutes and was abruptly ended by the interviewer. I was not happy about this. I was not asked any questions from my side. Please do not apply to this job.
