Entretien
I attended a campus career fair and stopped by their booth. Expressing some interest in the organization, I was invited to sign up for an on-campus interview the next week. There was an informational session held the night before the interviews were taking place that I went to. I would definitely recommend going to this session if you're able to. It's an easy way to learn a bit about the organization and also one of the speakers was my interviewer.
The interview went okay. It was my first actual interview so I was a bit nervous. It lasted about a half hour which I believe is common for these initial interviews. Overall, I felt it was good experience practicing interviewing. I was not too excited about the position because it is a sales position.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Many of the questions deal with sales. Some examples were: How many times does someone have to say no before you quit? How would you sell something to a friend? Name an example of a time you had to convince someone to do something. How did you do it? etc...
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.

Entretien
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
