It was a 3 part interview process. First was a phone interview screening. This was a very general interview. Second interview was in person with the recruiter. They asked questions like Why Enterprise? and Why would you be a good fit for the position. Third interview I was at an actual branch for an hour of shadowing and then was called in for the final interview. They asked a lot of sales questions, and what I learned during shadowing.
