Applied online and the recruiter promptly scheduled a phone screen with me. After the phone screen the interview process was exceptionally mediocre.
The recruiter scheduled for me to come in for an on site interview. The recruiter was about 15 minutes behind schedule. We began what became an extremely formulaic interview:
--Why are you interested in working for us?
--What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
--Are you a people person?
--Are you good at sales?
--Do you mind working 40 hours a week?
--What are some questions you have?
If you're interviewed at literally any other company, you will probably do fine in an interview at Enterprise. I believe that I did not get an offer because I was genuinely uninterested in the job and viewed our meeting as an opportunity to practice my interview skills.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!

Question 1
Describe your experience with explaining to a customer how they can benefit from any additional services
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.

More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
