J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility
Entretien
I was first contacted by e-mail, then by phone. I set up a face-to-face interview and moved onto a second round which was supposed to include a tour of the branch where I'd be working and to somewhat shadow someone followed by another face-to-face interview. The employee I was supposed to "shadow" was late and I don't think I got as much out of that portion as I could have, but the employee who stepped in for him was nice enough. The interview was nothing but nerve-wrecking and intimidating, and I think the two interviewers were aware of that before I even stepped in the room

Question 1
Explain a time when you had to up-sell to customer
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.

More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
