The hole process felt very robotic. Felt like I was just a cog in the wheel of a multi billion dollar corporation. Phone interview and in-person interview where both less than 15 minutes. It felt like the interviewer had done the same thing 5 times that day.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
