J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility (Mandeville, LA) en mars 2010

Online application & personality assessment, then I had a one-on-one interview with HR, then I had my branch observation & one-on-one Area Manager Interview. It was all pretty easy - I think they try to make sure you are conversational & friendly since you're dealing with the public. I actually really enjoyed my whole interview process; other company's interviews left me drained, but ERAC's made me excited to start working (and then I started working...LOL).

Question 1
It was all very conversational; she'd throw in questions but it didn't seem like an interview. It felt like I was just chatting with a friend; it was actually very refreshing.

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

The interview was lasting 3 minutes and was abruptly ended by the interviewer. I was not happy about this. I was not asked any questions from my side. Please do not apply to this job.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
