J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility (Milwaukee, WI) en sept. 2008
Entretien
Overall, the experience was great, but demanding. I had 3 separate interviews. First you interview with a store manager, then you work a half day in a branch to see what the job is like. After that, you sit down with a higher level manager, possibly a regional operations manager, or rental area manager. After this, they offer the job. Looking back, it was a positive experience, but I think after leaving I understand why. Everyone was in a really good mood, and swore it was the best place to work.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They role play some "What would you do if..." questions during the interview. Be prepared for some harder situations that you may have never had experience in before.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
