Very thorough (3 interview) process. This company looks for personality types as oppose to background education and experience. Sales and Customer Service is essential and the grit to make "cash is king" your daily ethos will get you far not only in the interview but through your journey as a manager trainee and beyond.

Situational question format about sales, customer service, professionalism, ethics and business sense.
I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.

3rd interview is with senior leadership who assess long term fit and commitment.

Received a phone call from them about a phone screening and then next steps. The phone call was horrible. Persons attitude was horrible. Was completely put off by the whole process
