Submitted my resume at a career fair and I received an interview about a week later with a recruiter. Next interview was with the store manager and area manager. Store manager interview was very brief but the area manager was more in depth. Last interview was with the district manager and from there I was offered an opportunity to join their company.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
