I sent in my resume on campus, and they granted me an interview. Lots of questions about sales and building relationships. How would you sell this product or service, why do you want to work here, why should we hire you? Basic stuff. At the end of the interview, the recruiter gave me a copy of the company dress code, which I found odd.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
