Entretien
I was recruited from a career fair on my college campus. I went through a total of three interviews. The first was at my college and consisted of basic sales and customer service related questions. After the interview they contacted me the next day to schedule another interview. On this interview I shadowed people for about an hour and then had an hour long sit down interview. They asked me a lot of questions relating to sales. They called me within a couple of days to schedule the last interview, which was at the corporate office. This interview lasted an hour and had similar questions. It was an good experience overall, but long.

Question 1
describe a time when you had to sell an intangible item.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
