The hiring and interview process was awesome! They ask a lot of questions trying to get to know what you can offer to the company. 3 interviews with managers of all stages within the company. Everyone that interviewed me was energetic and passionate about what they do within the company. Some managers in upper management might be intimidating at first but really nice people to talk to and helpful in every way.

There are 3 interviews. First interview is with a recruiter, then with the area manager and finally with the GRM. The questions are Situational interview questions and they just want to hear you are motivated to work
