Entretien
Everyone must come in as a management trainee. It takes 3 interviews: one with a company recruiter, another one with an area manager possibly including the branch manager and the final one will be with the regional vice president. Interviews continue within to move up within the company.

Give and example of how you handled a difficult customer service situation
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
