Entretien
Initial phone screening then another phone interview. If passed through, a face to face meeting with the area manager. Meet with other managers in the branch and got a tour around the office and the low down on what happens at enetrprise on a day to day basis. A total of a 4-week process.
Applied on the company website and a recruiter reached out within 1-2 weeks. After a brief phone screening you have an interview with the same recruiter. If the recruiter decides to move forward with the interview process you will do a shadow in a branch along with a final interview following a background check.

Short and to the point. Ask me question about my future goals and why I would want to work for Enterprise. For some reason, I just didn’t click with interviewer and was not excited to here back.

Not bad, 3 separate interviews. For me, 2 were over the phone and 1 was in person, although I think that most people had 2 in person interviews. Fairly straight forward stuff, they just want to get to know you better and understand your strengths and weaknesses.
