I had three different interviews to hired with the company. Then I moved up into management a couple of years later, that was one interview. I met with their HR manager one on one, then the Branch Rental Manager and Area Rental Manager together, then i met with the Group Rental Manager one on one.

Question 1
The wanted to see if I'm a competitive individual. They asked if I played sports in the past and what were my grades like as a former student. They also asked about previous sales experience.
3 interviews for a Management Trainee. Interview with Talent Acquisition, interview with Branch and Area Manager, and interview with Group Rental Manager. Takes about 2 weeks, but the process is pretty smooth in general.

Entretien
First there was an initial phone interview. If you pass that then you have an interview with an area rental manager. If you pass that, you finally have an interview with a branch rental manager.
