Phone Interview. Human resources interview, prospective branch interview followed by final interview with a regional manager.Asked some really interesting questions at the branch interview as well as the final interview. Other than sports, work and school name an instance in which you succeeded competitively. Describe your work ethic if not a 10 then explain why. Both final interviews not particularly inviting. Being around the company for a little while left me feeling as though i was contemplating joining the corporate version of a cult.
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

Entretien
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Why you want to work there, Why they should hire you, How you handle pressure/conflict, etc.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.
