I applied online and received a phone call from a recruiter who was very nice and pleasant to speak with. The pre-screening interview went well and I approached the 1:1 interview with anticipation and was very positive about the opportunity. Until I met the recruiter in person. Very nice and pleasant BUT the individual looked at my resume as if he/she had never seen it before. I was told that I was definitely qualified for the job but I had 'too many years of work experience and so I (the recruiter) am hesitant about recommending you as you will be viewed as overqualified.' okay, I respected the honesty, however why contact me in the first place, why make me go all the way to an inconvenient location only to tell me about my resume. I wasted my time and the company's time. This is a great opp for an entry level person, if you have 5 years or more work experience, don't bother applying or you might get the same runaround
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
