Applied online. That process was easy. I waited about 1 week to hear back from them. Had a phone interview that lasted about 15 minutes. Straight forward questions. Mostly confirming information on your resume. Asked a few questions about customer serivce experience. Confirm that want to work 50 hours a week. Advice for phone interview: just sound chipper and upbeat.
Got second interview that was located at the main office in my state. Again pretty easy interview. Make sure that you mention your love of money. They want to know that you will be able to bring in a revnue. Like in the phone interview be upbeat and excited. It's a fast paced enviroment. Be competitive. Make sure you want to work a lot of hours.
After this interview you are supposed to interview with a branch in your area then the DM. Overall about 4 interviews.
Even though I didn't move on I would still recommend any one starting off to interview with them. It would be a great opportunity for that right person.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
