They are not transparent with mentioning stuff on the job description like you would literally need to detail car wash a car too if the store gets busy and do other manual physical labor. They literally have a degree requirement on their job description which is a joke compared to what they want you to do for work. Wasted my time with the interview process

Recruiter first then branch. Not difficult. After HR you meet with branch manager. Overall the process is easy and typical interview questions. Looking for good commuskills and ability to think on the fly.
