I met with a recruiter for 30 min on Microsoft Teams. It was a very sales-focused call, lots of questions on competitiveness and getting a no to a yes. They emailed me to say I wasn't getting the position; it was nice not getting ghosted for a change.

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
