J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility (Liverpool, Angleterre) en mars 2026
Entretien
The initial communication and scheduling were clear; however, the phone interview itself did not fully reflect that. The call was scheduled between 3–4pm but took place slightly after 4pm, and it lasted only around 4 minutes. This made it difficult to properly present my experience, motivation, and suitability for the role.
During the call, there was repeated focus on my right to work in the UK, despite confirming that I am eligible. This felt somewhat disproportionate given the limited time spent discussing my skills, background, and career goals.
Following the interview, I received feedback stating that my communication lacked clarity and conciseness. I feel that such a short interaction may not provide a fair or accurate assessment of a candidate’s communication abilities.

Question 1
If I have the right to work in the UK... it seems really suspicious to not know the roles in this country. or just to avoid me completely

The interview was lasting 3 minutes and was abruptly ended by the interviewer. I was not happy about this. I was not asked any questions from my side. Please do not apply to this job.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
There are three interviews. The first one was with a recruiter, the second one is in the stores and the third one is with the big boss. I didn’t get to the third interview. They seemed desperate for people and that was a red flag to me.
