The interviewer was essentially looking for two characteristics in candidates specifically, overcoming objections and displaying leadership qualities. It was a fairly low stress, conversational style of interview. The way it's set up helps ease the nerves of the interviewee. However, it comes with the downside of the company communicating vague expectations for the ideal candidate. Come prepared with intelligent, insightful questions.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
There are three interviews. The first one was with a recruiter, the second one is in the stores and the third one is with the big boss. I didn’t get to the third interview. They seemed desperate for people and that was a red flag to me.
