Get ready for a super friendly, but ball busting recruiter. They aren't going to be beat around the bush. They will ask questions that you will wish you prepped for, so be ready to think on your feet. First, there is a phone interview. Second, 1:1 interview that consists of 45 minutes of meeting with other branch employees and asking questions, then you do a sit down with the manager similar to phone interview (if you didn't prep for that, use the questions on this site and try to prep for this), then another final interview with the regional and then hopefully you get a job offer. The training they offer is priceless although the salary is around 30,000 a year. A lot of companies love to hire people who have been through the management trainee program because they know they are getting a hard worker with badass training.
I chose 1 month for the interview process because I was relocating.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
