Entire assesment is 2 week long. Step 1 is ATPL and English test. Later comes interview with instructors, simulator and at the end personality test. To be called for next step candidate have to successfully pass previous one.

The first part was ATPL test. Approximately 80 questions for 1:30H. No calculator or flight computer just pen and paper. English also on paper 60 questions for 1H mainly to select correct form. After English speaking part done by phone. Conversation for around 15 minutes asking about some crash incidents or about yourself. If you successful at this first part you proceed to next steps like psychometrics, SIM etc.
