I really enjoyed their interview process and would have loved to accept. I commend their interviewing process and think they'd be a great company to work for. All the interviews felt "easy" and relaxed. We even joked about a Candyland tournament after I said I like game nights (they'd asked what I do outside of work). They seem to work hard - hiring manager was willing to do phone interviews with me outside working hours, which I appreciated. They paid for the interview expenses, even after I declined their offer. I think their questions were the best of any interview I've done - they each came with original, good questions. Not just pulled off online interview questionnaires. Process: Applied online. Phone interview x2 (HR, Hiring Manager), Onsite interview (1 interview with plant leadership), Plant Tour with more relaxed interview with hiring manager.
