I enjoyed speaking with my recruiter, he was really nice. The whole proceeds only took maybe a week or two which was nice that it didn’t drag out for months. I enjoyed the other interviews as well though it seemed they put a lot of emphasis on the candidate checking every single box. This was the feeling I got through the interview process. However, I was sad to see the candidate chosen for this role. They weren’t nearly as qualified as me (at least on paper) which makes me think TB merely took the cheaper candidate. I’m sure this candidate will do a great job, I was only surprised we’d be considered for the same role because our experience is so different.
