I applied online and got a request for a phone screen from the recruiter and that was pretty standard and easy. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager. He seemed distracted and unorganized, and didn’t really seem interested in what I had to say. But I moved on to the next round anyway. I got 4 Teams invites for several separate interviews and tests that would have taken 3 hours, and apparently there would have been at least one more hour long interview after that. I couldn’t afford to take that much time off of work and I didn’t feel this was going to be a good fit. Based on other reviews, the lengthy interview process seems common. I’m sure internally someone decided this would result I making better hires, but I think they have a lot of good candidates drop out and they are left with people who don’t have many other options or are just out of college. I wouldn’t recommend applying here unless you really need a job and have 8+ hours of time to invest in interviewing.
