Relaxed atmosphere. Led off with a company fit session, then an interview with a manager on the prospective team and then a "super-day"-ish set of interviews - three back to back hour-long each with a different business leader.

Question 1
How would you present this information to a partner team who disagreed?
J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enova en oct. 2016

First round interview is a few behavioral questions and a short case. The case is pretty easy and focused on basic microeconomics and decision making. With both of those elements as well as a time to ask questions the 30 minute interview went by very fast. Interviewer was very friendly and casual.

Basic HR screening and then a phone interview with current employees and then an in-person super day. The in-person super day was pretty unprofessional as the receptionist had no idea who I was and it seemed like people forgot I was there to interview. I started with this data analysis/case exercise which was a little strange since I hadn't met anyone and was in a small room by myself - no one came in to explain it to me and the receptionist wasn't able to answer my questions so I started 15 minutes late. Then I had a few interviews with different S&O team members. Overall, it was a little strange and then I didn't hear from them for about a month. I had to repeatedly email HR to ask about the application status - ultimately, they didn't extend me an offer at the time supposedly because they reevaluated what they needed and decided they didn't need they realized they didn't actually need anyone at that level.
I was then contacted a few months later by them saying that they had a more specific position available and wanted me to come back in to interview for it. During the interview process (they just had me come in to meet a couple more people informally) it was heavily implied that they weren't considering anyone else and that I was a strong applicant. I had thought the whole day went well and then abruptly got an email the week after saying that they were not going to extend me an offer. Definitely don't have an issue with interviewing and not getting an offer out of it generally - it was just all a strange experience being reached out to twice over 6 months and communication was handled unprofessionally.

Data Analysis (Not exactly a case interview but they give you a large set of data and you have to draw conclusions from it/answer questions)
