(I'd like to keep a skeptical attitude on their assignment, it looks like one of their feature and doesn't really focus on testing candidate's coding skills)
The HR sent me an email anonymously and booked 3 hours interview which I have double confirmed with HR. However, when it comes to the interview it is actually only one hour. Which really made me feel the company is unorganized. I wish they can take candidates' time into account.
