Phone interview with recruiter, followed by an online interview with hiring manager who would be my line manager at the job. Both went smoothly, more like a conversation than an interview. I was asked about previous experience, why I want to join the company.

Entretien
The management seems and sounds very junior with a lack of knowledge and leadership. Under paid staff and unorganised rotas. The overal compensation was basic and not considered on the London situation at all. Tronc points and system atribuition also very doubtful
