I had an unfortunate experience during today's interview. The interviewers did not take the time to introduce themselves, explain their roles, or provide any information about the company or the type of candidate they were looking for. This lack of clarity and professionalism was concerning, and it left me feeling that the interviewers were inexperienced and unprepared.The communication throughout the process was poor, with interviewers struggling to express themselves clearly in English. This, combined with a lack of structure in the interview, made it difficult to showcase my skills and experience effectively.I would strongly recommend that future interviews be conducted by more senior professionals, such as a Process Lead, Assistant Manager, or Manager. Additionally, creating a more positive and structured interview environment would better reflect the standards expected of a multinational corporation.
