Entretien
There were 4 rounds
1. Group discussion
2. Aptitude Test (C, OS, Algorithm, Networking) and an average level program to be written on the paper.
3. Technical interview
4. HR Interview
Aptitude level was easy, one with basic knowledge of the core subject can easily get the test.
Interviewer were very frank and polite.

Question 1
In technical round they asked me which subject i liked the most, I said mobile application development, so they asked most of the question from android application development and two questions from C++.
Q. What is activity?
Q. What is fragment ?
Q. Difference between activity and fragment.
Q. What is Android activity life cycle.
There were some more questions from android, i don't remember exactly
Q. In what sequence constructor and destructor are called in inheritance ?
Q. Why we use virtual functions ?

Entretien
1. Group discussion.
2. Written test.
(Most of the questions were from Computer Notwork and Operating system.)
3. HR round
(Her main focus was how appropriate your answer is. For some answers I used hindi to make my answers effective. She was very good in catching my words and asking next question related to that. But finally she was happy with my answers.
4. Technical with CEO
He asked for favourite aubject.
Be careful to answer this question. Because they expect fully command on your selected subject.

Entretien
I never understand why IT companies emphasize so much on HR round. They are hiring some Coders not a manager or for Voice Inbound process / BPO. They had a 10 min HR round which I answered honestly I never understand what other answers they were seeking.
