After spending several hours throughout the interview process, they went radio silent and I had to follow up with the recruiter to find the result. Reading through the comments here that seems pretty typical for this company. This company clearly does not value their applicants time. Rejecting an applicant is perfectly understandable, but wasting their time and not following up is very unprofessional.
