First, you'll apply online, submitting all the documents, and a short introduction video. Then, someone from the EF team contacts you, asking for more information, missing documents, or a better introduction video. Then, they send a confirmation of acceptance through email, and EF offers a starting pay, per hour. If you accept, you go through an onboarding process, where you need to attend a few hours of seminars, and then do a demo class. Once you pass the demo, you got the job and they will start opening your schedule, for students to book. Bookings will be slower the first month but then may pick up as you meet more students, and are longer on the platform.
