Applied online and submitted my application, waited around a week before was contacted by EF through an informal phone call to arrange an interview, then had the interview over Zoom.

Entretien
The skype interview mostly involves them doing a sales pitch of EF. That should have been my first red flag. I was told to prepare a teaching lesson but never asked to present it.
