First, there was a 30 minute phone interview. Once I passed that, I was invited to a group interview a week later to meet in their Denver office in which I had to pay for my own flight and accommodation. At the group interview, we got a tour of the office and history of the company. Then, we had to present ourselves with a 3 minute slide to 7 other interviewees and 4 current employees. Then we were broken up in two groups to answer interview questions. They told us to answer if we felt inclined to but OF COURSE you want to answer, you're in an interview! But having others around made it a bit more conversational and less nerve wracking.
