Was very informal and unprofessional. Not what I expected. Manager had looked up applicant on socI'll media prior to interview and stated I don't care what drugs you do as long as you can pass a drug test and you can function at work.

I applied online and within 4 days the assistant manager from the store where I now worked asked me if I would mind coming in for a interview. I said yes and the interview was setup for the next day. I went in and was given a hand held device that gave me a list of 50 "what if you were in this situation what would you do" kind of questions. After completing the questions I came up as an desirable candidate for employment and I was offered the position which I took. That was over 6 years ago. Now they have done away with the handle held device and the managers ask questions and write down your answers. The company also does background checks and they make all new candidates for employment go do a drug test if you pass the background check.
