Standard and methodical process. Phone screened interview with HR manager. Then had second virtual interview with Hiring Manager and HR Manager. Third interview was with other managers. Thorough coverage of the role and responsibilities, along with company's history, vision, mission, and growth potential.

Phone interview with organizational development manager, followed by a video call interview with Engineering Project Manager. Was quite straight forward with questions related to the job description, and behavioural questions.
