Interview consisted of two stages. First was phone interview, 30 minutes long. I was asked questions about OOP principles and SQL. Second stage was in person and was about 3 hrs. At least 10 different people came to talk with me, some in groups, some alone. Many of them had some excersise prepared as well as questions. Everyone was friendly.
