The first stage was an interview with the hiring manager and another team member. It was a positive, conversational discussion covering experience and general fit. The second stage was a panel interview, which included a review of my showreel and further questions in a similarly conversational format. Overall, the experience was positive, although at times the discussion moved quickly when responses became more detailed.
